PawRegistration and Cancellation Policies
In order to receive the Early Registration rates, all registration forms and payment must be received on or before October 16, 2009. If registering after October 16, 2009, higher rates will apply. Final registration deadline is November 1, 2009. Written registration cancellations will be accepted through October 16, 2009. All registration cancellations received by October 16, 2009 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after October 16, 2009.
PawHotel Reservations/Accommodations
Room rates are $169 for single/double occupancy, $194 for triple occupancy and $219 for quadruple occupancy. Rooms must be reserved by October 16, 2009 to guarantee this rate. Register by calling the hotel at 402-592-6464 (you must mention the Society of Animal Welfare Administrators and the Hyatt Regency Austin) or online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/SAWA. These rates will be honored November 12 – 18, 2009, if you would like to extend your visit to Austin.
