2009 SAWA Compensation and Benefits Survey now available for purchase.

The 2009 SAWA Compensation and Benefits Survey has just been completed and is available for purchase. It contains animal welfare industry specific data collected through the February 1, 2009 payroll period and the Report includes:

General Information - Displays reported data for 2008 Turnover Rates, Asilomar Records, Web site traffic and Operational questions. Benefit information is also displayed for CEO/Executive Director. Resource Directory information is displayed by total aggregate, average aggregate and by individual participant.

Wage and Salary Data - Reported by annual budget. (This section includes weighted average and annual incentive data lines for each job classification. Also reported for each surveyed position is the percent of incumbents having supervisory responsibility, CAWA certification, eligibility for bonus/incentive pay, and degree of match indicator.

Personnel Practices Data - This section includes selected benefits and personnel practices for reporting Organizations.

As a SAWA member, if you participated in the Survey, a free copy has been mailed directly to you. If you did not participate in the Survey and would like to obtain a copy, please complete and submit the order form. Pricing is as follows:
